Good
Evening, Hope that your weekend goes well …
Poem of
the week 38 goes to a poet who writes with talent and heart, his poem reads
romantic, crispy, and sharp in imagery…enjoy!
I
want nothing
But the sunrise again,
The smell of your skin
And a storm slowly dying,
Love without thought
Just the light in your eyes,
A dream on a hilltop,
All dark disappeared.
I want nothing
But a day in your arms,
An open window
And a breeze gently sighing,
A view of hushed contentment
With a bonfire in the distance,
A lifetime together,
A calm in its weaving.
But the sunrise again,
The smell of your skin
And a storm slowly dying,
Love without thought
Just the light in your eyes,
A dream on a hilltop,
All dark disappeared.
I want nothing
But a day in your arms,
An open window
And a breeze gently sighing,
A view of hushed contentment
With a bonfire in the distance,
A lifetime together,
A calm in its weaving.
