Friday Poetry Blog Review Week 3~ Metamorphosis(Enchanta)

The word "metamorphosis" derives from Greek "transformation, transforming" from "change" , "form".
So does our writing, we transform in who we are. The person within where the words comes from. This poet derives herself in transformation, but not her outer self, but her inner self.
That is what stood out to me, "Metamorphosis" our blog review this week is Enchanta .

Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis.
~ Martha Beck
About Enchanta

A perpetually lost soul predicted by unpredictability...! This is me, an open book written in riddles.
She's a student from Bhopal/Kharagpur in India. She started blogging in June 2007.
She is the owner of two blogs one is Metamorphosis the other is The Unison .

The Blogs

The Beginning To The End

A Soulful Merging

Her Poetry : The following poems can be found on Metamorphosis, to read poetry from her other blog just click on the above url : The Unison.

Of The Dead

There she goes,
Sullen.
Up those murky shadows of the spiraling stairs.

There she goes,
Ambushed.
Clutching on to the candle burning bright in the dark.

There she goes,
Hooded.
The wind blows hard as she trembles steadily out of routine.

Once vain in love;
Mocked.
Her damaged purity and devotion still in tune.

There she goes,
Discreetly.
Wary so that no one spots her silhouette vanishing.

The black sky blurs,
Reveals the full moon,
And there she goes,
Quietly worshiping,
Whispering chants of that magical illusion,
Like a whore of betrayal;
Evaporating into thin air,
Those words she carried in the hollow of her heart,
Now only to be ambiguity,
Of that girl;

There she goes,
In hope,
Yet again,
The widowed secret-keeper.

All her works is under written from Scribbled by Enchanta, I have also noted that there are more than one writer or it's just a different name she uses.
The background of the blog has a flower, it's dark so I am not sure what kind it is, but if we look at it in a scientific way, the flower starts with a seed, as it starts to grow with a stem and as it catches the sun and water the stem gets its tiny leaves and thus is what we call transformation. Her blog is more on how we grow from baby, todler to teen until we get to adulthood.

This is Chimnese bringing you another amazing blog discovery. Wishing you a good week ahead.
That Endless Quest

What do you seek, O hollow soul?
What do you breathe, O lungs devoid of air?
What crushes you, O morose heart?
What flows in the brine that drips from those gleaming eyes?

As much as how delighted I am to be reviewed, I also cannot help but mention my amusement about certain errors that I would wish to correct.

Metamorphosis is entirely my blog, yes, and I am glad about the philosophical approach that you thought of, regarding it. However, the background is that of a butterfly who has just undergone metamorphosis from a caterpillar. It has nothing to do with a flower or seed.

Secondly, The Unison is a blog I share with my special someone known by the name of D2 (who also happens to be a writer at http://www.d2writering.blogspot.com)and the poetry posted there are either by the both of us or just him.

Anyway coming back to this post, a huge thank you for the review. I am indeed overwhelmed by the fact that my blog has been showcased this way. :)
